In this episode of The Biz Pilot Briefing, we introduce Knowledge Base Search for the AI Agent in Biz Pilot 360 — a new capability that lets the agent fetch relevant information from multiple connected knowledge bases on demand. Instead of front-loading long prompts, the agent retrieves just the content it needs, using static or dynamically generated queries and a configurable number of content chunks. That means faster setup, lighter prompts, reduced token costs, and more accurate, business-grounded responses. This upgrade helps small business owners, marketers, realtors, and entrepreneurs get reliable, context-aware answers without complex configuration, making the AI Agent more practical for customer-facing tasks and day-to-day operations. Welcome to the BizPilot Briefing. I'm glad you're here. Today's quick update: we've made the AI agent in BizPilot360 smarter and easier to use by adding knowledge base search. If you've used the AI agent before, you know great responses need real business context. Packing all that context into a prompt is slow and expensive. Now the agent can reach out to your knowledge bases on demand, pull back just the bits it needs, and use them to give more accurate, grounded answers. Here's what changed. First, you can connect as many knowledge bases as you like. Multi-source support so the agent has access to all of your documents and resources. Second, instead of loading a massive static prompt, the agent retrieves only relevant information when it's needed, which keeps prompts light and cuts token usage. And third, query handling is flexible. You can set a fixed search query or let the agent generate queries dynamically from the conversation, so configuration is simple. Adding a knowledge base to your agent is straightforward. In BizPilot360, add an AI agent action and then add a tool to that action. Choose the knowledge base search tool, tell the agent which knowledge bases to search, and define how the search should work, either a static query or dynamic queries driven by the chat. You'll also pick how many content chunks the agent should retrieve so you control how much context comes back. What this means for you, faster setup, smarter answers, and lower costs. No more front loading prompts with pages of background. The agent only brings in what's relevant, which makes responses more accurate and grounded in your actual business knowledge. It's especially helpful for small business owners, realtors, marketers, and anyone managing operations in BizPilot360 who wants reliable customer facing responses without a complex setup. That's it. An easy practical upgrade to make your AI agent more useful right out of the box. Thanks for listening to the BizPilot Briefing. Stay tuned for more updates from BizPilot360.
