New Me Filter And Primary Contact Notes For Opportunities

In this episode of The Biz Pilot Briefing we cover two small but impactful updates in Biz Pilot 360 that simplify personal pipeline views and speed up opportunity triage. First, the new “Me” smart tag lets users create or edit pipelines and filter opportunities where the Owner or Follower equals you, delivering a shared, personal view without building separate filters for each team member. Second, the Primary Contact Notes field can be toggled on in Opportunities list view so contact notes appear inline for quick context. Together these enhancements reduce clicks, standardize “my opportunities,” and help businesses, marketers, and entrepreneurs prepare calls and prioritize work more efficiently.
